MW2 multiplayer...for those who didn't buy the game xD

Hi folks!

For those who wanna check out mw2....teknogods have a working beta of their MP loader now.
It makes the game work without steam, and as far as i could check it out it should really work.

i have tested with a friend last night, and i have to admit i was a little too euphoric. xD

doenst work atm, but development is making good progress.
there will be a solution within the next 6 weeks.

they will implement dedicated servers and are 100% sure that it will work.
vids already look very promising...they managed to host a 127 slot server for example or connected to a steam game session, without having steam running.

just a little more patience, guys....sorry!

Which guide exactly? Found few of them with million files where downloading is impossible due to bad fileservers.

Imagine: a cracked server....

A cool stuff, I got it working. Played 1 game too, first it was terribly laggy, but then host switched and I had near 60 ping and could play well. Was best of team too, by score at least, but my team lost by 100 pts. Gotta get used to it still. But I got all the stuff I needed from another place. If anyone's interested ask in X-fire or PM.

The game sucks compared to cod4, its fun for a while but it gets boring fast.

No dedicated servers, lag problems all the time, childs, bad hosts, 1000's of steam error messages, no mods and cheaters...

short update:

teknogods are still working on the Multiplayer for dedicated servers.
but some sources say its very close to release.
but anyway, this WONT be a crack....you will still need a legit key of MW2.
All it does is make it work steamless and enable those dedicated servers and consoles.

BUT!!!
Maybe for some of u, there a another solution to enjoy MW2
